The reason for the following is to insure that the puppies are taken care of properly by their new families. Please find a reputable vet before bringing your puppy home. 1.All puppies, to the best of the Breeder's knowledge, are in good health and free from communicable diseases when they leave Breeder's residence.2.Every puppy is guaranteed to be free of contagious diseases for a period of 48 hours after leaving Breeder's residence. 3.Hypoglycemia is a serious health problem but is NOT covered by this warranty, as this is generally caused by too much activity and/or too little food and is within the Buyer's control.4.Every puppy that is to be shipped is examined by a veterinarian and an inter-state health certificate is issued within 10 days of being shipped. This is mandatory.5.Puppy should be seen by Buyer's veterinarian within 48 hours of possession by new owner. If this isn't done, guaranteed is null and there will be no refund or exchange for any reason.6.A fecal exam has to be done at first vet visit. The puppy has been wormed regularly; however, internal parasites might be present and may need worming again at the discretion of your veterinarian at Buyer's expense. Finding of intestinal or external parasites shall NOT be grounds for declaring puppy as unfit. 7.Luxated Patella, Hernia, Kennel Cough, Coccidian, Giardia and worms are not serious health problems if treated and are NOT covered by this warranty. They have to be treated according to Buyer's veterinarian recommendations and at Buyer's expense. 8.If death of puppy occurs from Breeder's fault then replacement of puppy will be made. Vet's description of cause of death must be received by Breeder before shipping of the puppy replacement will be made. 9.Replacement is the only option and shipping of the puppy replacement will be the Buyer's expense. 10.This warranty DOES NOT cover accidents, neglect or Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) as this is a condition not a disease. It is brought on by not eating properly, stress, too much handling, shipping, etc. 11.Warranty DOES NOT cover abuse, accidents, ingestion of foreign objects, hypoglycemia, poisoning, running away or any other problem or sickness not caused by Breeder. 12.Breeder DOES NOT guarantee adult size and weight, ear erections, patella’s, coccidian, coat color, show quality, temperament, ease of house breaking, obedience or anything that does not affect the purpose of a family pet. 13.Shipping charges and any kind of vet charges are responsibility of the Buyer and will not be reimbursed or refunded for ANY reason.14.Breeder accepts personal checks for the required deposit of ½ of the selling price.The balance must be paid via Cash, PayPal or Postal Money Order.No other forms accepted. No Exceptions.
